Usui Shiki Ryoho (The Usui System of Natural Healing) was founded in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui just over a 100 years ago. It was brought to the West by Hawayo Takata and the present Lineage Bearer is Phyllis Lei Furumoto. It is an oral tradition that is passed down from Master to student.
It is a hands on practice whereby energy is transmitted through the hands enabling the receiver to bring their body into balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is safe and non-invasive and works alongside conventional medicine.
